We use practical iterations of scenario planning to increase the level of strategic conversation of the management team and its impact on the collective culture of our client’s organization. We link scenario planning with competences  available in the organization to stipulate that change is eminent based on the equation ‘Learning > Rate of Change…’ . We elicit the biggest change challenges from the organization and get to work on the inevitable dichotomies and dilemmas that the organization of change and the change of organizations produce.
